Return/Refunds Policy

Eco-Overflowing Bamboo Paper Products company is very appreciative to you for investing in our twofold mission to create jobs for black people and save trees. However, if you’re not satisfied for any reason (we really believe you will love ❤ our product) and would like a refund, please email us at support@eco-overflowingbamboo.com within 10 days of receiving the product. We will refund your purchase; just have the order number listed for tracking. We would also request that you to inform us about why you would like to return the product, so we can address your concern. Eco-Overflowing Bamboo Paper Products requests that you pay the return shipping fee and we will do our best to satisfy you regarding the refund. Our goal is to win you with great customer support and an unmatched product. Hence, we kindly request the return of all unused rolls for our training and process improvement purposes. Therefore, in order to process the refund the package must be returned the way it was originally shipped with the exception of one roll or the majority of the carton just in case it arrived damaged. These unforeseen occurrences do happen. We thank you for your consideration.
